There are only so many hours in the day and there are only so many tasks that can be accomplishedduring those hours. Does it ever seem like there’s just not enough time to successfully complete the tasks at hand? Do you ever feel overworked, yet underutilized? Resources already within the group can be used to get things done, build new skills, develop leaders, and keep employees from getting burned out. In this session, we will discover:
• Strategies to determine whether delegation is appropriate
• What tasks should be delegated and which tasks should not be delegated
• Who tasks should be delegated to
